I stopped by their booth at my university career fair. I gave them my resume and was later contacted about scheduling an interview. The interview went well, probably 30 minutes. The people were friendly. But they told me they were looking for juniors or seniors. At the time I was a sophomore.

It was pretty simple for me. I had a reference from someone who currently worked at Kiewit. I had a foot in the door because of this. I can't really speak on how difficult it would be if I didn't know someone who worked there.

The person who attended the interview was late to the interview, I did not interview with who I was told I'd be interviewing with, and was ghosted after the interview, did not even receive a rejection email.

One on one interview with recruiter for about 20 minutes. I was asked weird questions about work place safety even though was applying for a finance role. Was scheduled for a second round but never got back to me.
