I applied online with a resume and cover letter. The next day I had a phone interview with a HR person. This was just standard behavioral questions. Then I had a 2nd phone interview with a project manager. These were more technical questions. They are just trying to gauge how interested you are in the company. 2 weeks after that they flew me and 4 others out for dinner with interviews the next day. There weren't a lot of interview questions asked. It was more of a serious conversation about working for Kiewit. Then the following day, they called and offered me the job.

Interview process was great. There was an initial call screening with the recruiter , then a local higher up superintendent zoom call, then a double in person interview with a project manager & project sponsor (the project sponsor is the big big boss) all things considered, and espescially my recruiter, the process was amazing. Wonderful people, just very hard work to look forward to and most likely in a very remote location.
