I first received a phone interview in two weeks then video call a week later. The video call was casual and enjoyable. I demonstrated my previous construction working experiences and knowledge. The engineer found out I am passionate about technology and told me that would make a note for it. Later on I was told that if I haven't hear back in three weeks, just send a followup email. I waited for three weeks and send a email to enquiry then received a refuse email.
