Got the interview at a career fair at the university. Interviewed the next day by an HR manager and an actual engineer. They asked a set of questions that are written on a piece of paper, and then they wrote down my answers. The questions were very general, as in explain to us a situation where you had to step up as a leader? Explain a situation where things didn't turn out the way you wanted it to be and what did you do to fix it? A lot of leadership questions. Then they asked about willingness to relocate to remote locations. Overall, very casual and laid-back.

The process began with a phone screening with a member of HR. The call consisted of a few behavioral questions and logistics for the process going forward. Next was a call with managers from the engineering team that I was to join if I got the role. It was very conversational and there were only a few questions, mainly over my past experience.

Just had a phone screen with a recruiter. Pretty usual stuff like why do you want to work there, why this role and why do you want to leave the current place?
Had a prescreen about 2 times with the same recruiter for 2 different positions. Said that they'd get back but never did.
The same 2 jobs have been getting reposted for more than a year. Seems like they don't really want to hire anyone and are just wasting candidates' time.
