Interviewed over the phone, then had to take and online assessment before i was eventually flown out for an in-person interview. Once there, I had a 1:1 interview as well as a panel that grilled me about past experiences and value I can bring to the team.

You will do as you are told to do not as you are trained to do. They talk safety but when you get to the bottom of the page they are all about production and deflecting responsibility for injuries. Not preventing injuries.

Video interview, it took about 45 minutes to complete, and had a feed back session at the end. interview set up in my home office and was a good quality video process.
