The process was very easy and straightforward. Applied through LinkedIn and received an email inviting me to take a one sided interview using HireVue. Had to download the HireVue app on my iPhone and answerwed some experience related questions, specifically about quantities involved in the projects, safety point of view, they also asked questions about how to deal with direct labor.
