The interview was fairly simple, standard questions, some situational. There was just one other person. The interview was about 45 minutes long and we toured the place after the interview. It was very informal. There were interruptions from staff during the interview and from phone calls.

Fairly easy and in person. Was asked about the ability to remain calm, how you would handle certain situations, and then immediately taken to a classroom to shadow following the interview. The teachers in that room monitored how I interacted with the kids and taught me about how the room was ran. Was then tested on the information I learned.
