Very brief. submitted an application and asked to come in for an interview the next day. I was offered the job the day after my interview. Decided to go with a smaller school with private ownership.

Fairly easy and in person. Was asked about the ability to remain calm, how you would handle certain situations, and then immediately taken to a classroom to shadow following the interview. The teachers in that room monitored how I interacted with the kids and taught me about how the room was ran. Was then tested on the information I learned.
