The interview was very relaxed and comfortable, however, you feel more confident during the interview when you have a background of working with kids/teaching/education degree. They are looking for positive and enthusiastic employees who are also dedicated and hard working.

Fairly easy and in person. Was asked about the ability to remain calm, how you would handle certain situations, and then immediately taken to a classroom to shadow following the interview. The teachers in that room monitored how I interacted with the kids and taught me about how the room was ran. Was then tested on the information I learned.
