The interview process was quick and simple. It was via Zoom but open to an in person option. I was asked a few questions about my experience and how I would handle certain scenarios.

What does a typical day look like in your current center?
I was interviewed by the Director and Assistant Director. They asked me questions about my experience with childcare. After my interview, I was contacted again to come back for a few hours the following day for a working interview.

The assistant interview was very straight forward. got back to me in a reasonable time frame. Overall the interview lasted less than an hour and they gave me a tour of the building the same day.

Interview was very easy. Got a response back within days. Initial interview by a hiring manager then interview with center director, got hired the same day. Took about two weeks.
