The interview was pretty laid back. None of the questions were very difficult, aside from it being my first job interview and not knowing what to expect. I talked a bit about my prior experience and they had a list of questions to go through. They took me on a tour of the facility. The directors seemed a little desperate to hire someone because one of the teachers was going on leave, but I declined their offer in part because none of the employees I saw looked like they wanted to be there.
