Initially contacted by the recruiter. She didn't even have the correct resume in front of her when interviewing me. Then was scheduled with an HR manager. That was a little more organized however no follow up or communication after that. I am shocked at the level of unprofessional people in these senior positions. I would never treat potential candidates that way especially since that is a reflection on the organization as a whole. I didn't get an offer but I don't think I would want to work there anyway if that is how they treat potential employees. I am too professional to work there, I guess.
