There are three stages to the interview process, first two interviews are with team leaders and final interview is with the whole team where you present a case study. The final stage is the hardest. You receive the case study beforehand and share your analysis before the interview. During the team interview. people ask questions to understand how you think about problems in general, they don't focus on the case study. Everybody is very friendly and welcoming. They appreciate people who bring in extra knowhow from other fields and think like consultants. They are not huge fans of traditional marketing frameworks.
