Very extensive interview process but very business casual. Met with multiple members of various teams to discuss positions and the core values of the company. There were 4 rounds of interviews and each escalated more and more into the ad operations aspect of business. Some people asked difficult questions, mostly pertaining to how you deal with stress, how you stay organized, how well are you with meeting deadlines.
