Conducted telephone screening. Two-weeks later received invite for in-house interview. Both events consisted of behavioral based questions, all of which were easy but hardly aligned with the requirements of the position. At one point I began to wonder if I was being interviewed for the right job. Interviewers appeared to be annoyed and miserable. Very awkward and cold experience which left me feeling as though I was walking into a hornets nest. My advice- Do your research and approach with caution.
