I met with the hiring manager and the team members face to face but not at the same time which was extremely good. The meetings were very frank and open and I could freely ask what I wanted. The whole process was easy but still gave the impression that the recruitment was taken seriously. I enjoyed forming the bond with the team members during the interviews and respected the management decision to involve them in the decision process.
