I interviewed with the Regional Manager via Teams. Loved that my interviewer was on time and moved right into the interview. I liked how relevant to the position questions she asked. The questions were easy to answer with the most difficult question being " What do you feel differentiates a Leasing Manger in today's competitive market ". I was also asked how I felt about Community Outreach. I didn't know much about the company when I applied but I took the time to do my research by reading reviews of the property I was interviewing for and getting a sense of the management company by checking out their website. And I am glad I did because I was able to ask specific questions; like " be honest with me, what do you think of the property and how is the property manager doing with the property". Although I was hoping the property manager would be on the call as well, my interview experience was all positive.
