Initially, a really good experience. The HR reached out to meet, and we ended up setting an initial call which went great, After getting thorough past 2 interviews (initial, then yet another one with a tech guy on general topics which also went great) I had a short call with the HR person. We agreed on their initiative that instead of a take-home assignment, I would bring some code for discussions for the final stage, given I was in several other processes already. After the latest "tech" interview, the company did not send any more emails, even though I did mention to them that I need a decision as soon as possible.
