The first step is to complete the logical test. If passed, then you go on to the HR interview.
Everything seems to be OK, I answered all question nicely and the HR person seems to have like my answers. She said the team would really love my CV and I would not have trouble getting a good feedback.
I was promised a day or two to get feedback. After waiting for 2 weeks, still no answer, so I asked the person again. She replied the position was on hold, and she thanked my for my patience.
If she promised something, at least she could drop and email saying sorry rather than asking me to be patience.
Few days after that I got email that they have opened the position again but have decided to move with other candidates.
What is very funny, after 2 months, the job advert still there !!! What a liar !
Don't even bothered applying to this kind of companies, startup like this doesn't know ethics plus there is no transparencies in the process.
I could not imagine, if now they already treat candidate like this, then what happen when we are actually inside the company??

it consisted of 3 parts, HR, technical, behavioural. The technical part was a leetcode hard problem but they did not expect a hard solution. The behavioural was related to leadership principles similar to most companies.

Colloquio
I had a second experience with Klarna. After the ghosting of last year, Klarna reach out again for a SWE position. The same happened. After the first discussion, I have been told again to book a slot for the second round. And then... no news from anyone.
Second ghosting. Klarna has a terrible HR process and policy.
I feel like I dodge a bullet here. The work environment might be pretty toxic if it is aligned with the HR practices.
