Process took 8 weeks, looking back it felt like a waste of time. First I got sent a preliminary logic test and later the HR reached out to me to schedule a phone call. 1st round - screening call with HR 2nd round - logic test again, this time supervised 3rd round - a 60 mins chat with one of the managers of the team to talk about skills 4th round - another 60mins chat with another manager, this time focussed on cultural fit Each round took at least one week for them to review and get back to me, after the 4th round, I waited for 3 weeks to hear from them about being rejected. Managers are generally nice, but the process is draining and communications aren't clear as to when you'll be able to get an answer from them. Candidates aren't receiving any useful feedback and had their time wasted.
