The overall process was simple, but it all seemed very uncoordinated. I did two logic tests and one coding test (javascript, codewars type of challenges). I also had my first interview with someone from the Talent Acquisition Department. The interview was due to happen on a Thursday morning via Google Meets. When the day came, the interviewer didn't show up. I followed with an email asking if everything was ok and if the interview was still happening. Got his answer a few hours later, claiming he had "some issues with calendar synchronization". The interview ended up rescheduled to the following Tuesday morning. After this interview, I got an email congratulating me on achieving the next step in the recruitment process. It also asked me to schedule the behavioural and technical skills interviews, and so I did. The day I was supposed to have the behavioural interview, I got an email from the same guy saying that actually, I did not make it to the next round.
