To ensure a comprehensive understanding of the interview process, one must be aware that it begins with an HR round, followed by a testing phase. Subsequently, candidates encounter a Manager round that encompasses both technical and managerial aspects. This is succeeded by an interview with a Senior Manager, which combines casual and technical elements. The overall difficulty level of this process can be categorized as medium hard. Preparation is crucial for success in these stages, and it's equally important to stay true to oneself throughout the process.

As soon I applied I was sent a "logic test", or as the link in the email labels it, an "intelligence test", which I was told I have to pass in order to move forward with the interview process. As soon as I saw this I was no longer interested in the position. I couldn't believe this was actually part of the process. Not only is this type of testing biased, I found it to be elitist, ableist, and demeaning in the context of a job interview and I don't understand how it could accurately determine a candidate's skillset or problem-solving skills across every discipline, especially in a creative role. Personally, I do not want to work in an office full of people who have passed the "logic test". I believe that diversity of experiences and approaches to problem solving make for a better team. tldr; this company comes off as elitist, don't bother
