Very bureaucratic, interviewed with 4 people and was told I made it to the final stage after 3 weeks, but was asked to wait 2 more weeks for a decision when I had an offer from another company. While everyone I interviewed with was lovely, the bureaucratic nature of the excessively long interview process was disengaging. I think that given there is such a demand for Digital Marketers at the moment, you will lose great candidates with such a long process. There was also a logic test which really is unnecessary. It is also ablest as people who think differently may not get the results the company is looking for - there are studies on this if you look into HR Management. It shows a lack of respect for candidates to ask them to wait a further 2 weeks after they've given you 3 weeks of their time. Be transparent from the beginning how long the process takes.
