Quite smooth, required to do the IQ test, which was not that difficult. Nevertheless, the HR was doing smth on the side while interviewing me, which was kinda rude. Therefore, I have mixed impressions.

First I was required to do a logical reasoning test prior to getting a call back for an interview. After the first interview I was required to do another logical reasoning test, but this time supervised. A bit tedious and when I questioned it they couldn't really give a good answer beyond, "this is just a part of our process." I felt I had a great first interview and was then asked to join a second interview, which would include a competence case. I was supervised and allotted 10-15 minutes to respond to the brief before presenting a "concept". I ultimately misunderstood some of the instructions and failed to deliver in my presentation.
