I had a great interview experience...until they ghosted me. I made it all the way to the case study part of the interview process, had what I felt was a very well received interview and case study presentation with the head of the department, and then I never heard from them again. This was the third interview with Klarna, having dedicated over a month to interviewing with them. Up until this point their communication was amazing. Their recruiter was responsive and highly supportive. I waited 2 weeks after that final interview to reach out to the recruiter. I have never heard anything back.
