Zuerst gab es einen Logik-Test, der Sinn dahinter hat sich mir nicht wirklich erschlossen, aber man kann sich darauf vorbereiten. Danach gab es noch 3 persönliche Interviews mit Personen aus dem Team inkl. eines Bar Raiser Interviews.

One supervised aptitude test followed by several meetings with various teams. Process was very long, not a lot of communication or clarity about the timeline, what the next steps were or what stage I was at.
