Last November, I received an offer from Klarna Berlin after successfully completing long interview stages. Interviews were fairly easy consisting of a leet code, intelligence test, system design, live coding, behaviour and teamfit. The recruiter asked me about my personal documents to draft a contract. They have also conducted my background check and everything was ok from my side. After few weeks, recruiter emailed me that they are doing restructuring and hiring freeze due to which I have to wait. Whenever I contacted my recruiter, he assured me that he will give me an update on Friday. However, it gets delayed to Tuesday and then postponed again to the following Friday. I was so frustrated about this situation because I rejected some other offers in this time. This is clearly a worst candidate experience. Why the heck are you taking interviews and wasting candidate’s time when you don’t have enough money to hire people??? I started looking for new opportunities as I have had enough with all the lies they were telling me. They want you to understand their leadership principles, but it seems like they themselves are not applying them TLDR Worst candidate experience Low salaries
