The interview was structured, and the interviewer took a lot of interest in my background. For a smaller firm this company really has some robust processes. The managers that interviewed me asked some technical questions, but never made me uncomfortable at any point during the interview. The recruiter, and the representatives were friendly. Overall a wonderful experience and great company to work for. Pros: The organization is supportive of your growth, and provides the training and direction that you prefer as an individual. A great learning experience from some top-notch talent. Hardworking and innovative, while maintaining a good balance for all its members.
