Felt like they already had someone for the position , but "had to " have an interview w. me (no idea). No explanation why not me- would be nice to spend a couple of minutes to give a reasonable reply.

They sent me an IQ test to do which is already BS and should be considered discriminatory at this point. I know I got most of the questions right because I took it with another person and used a calculator. They rejected me anyway. They also sent a very weird personality quiz with awful statements they asked me to rate on a scale like “I am able to love” and “My friends have done well in business”
