Group interview, fast, dress appropriately, friendly. I applied online, I received the call about the group interview, I dressed in appropriate interview attire and I was kind to others. When asked a questions I would look at the hiring employees directly and in a business-like fashion and not repeat other answers. I then left once the interview and handouts were finished and about a week later I was hired for the position.

Just asked me who I was, if I was availible for hollidays and thats about it. It was a really plesant interview but very fast paced, make sure to get your first impression down pat.

Apply online through the Kohl’s careers site.
In-person interview focused on behavioral and situational questions about teamwork, handling customers, and multitasking. Other customer service basic questions and responses. A lot of how to and situational questions.
Just normal questions. Was not hard. Mostly talked about my pass jobs. I cant say more about it. I would say apple for a job . If you like people and like to talk you will like it.
