Had a telephone interview which went well. Then a face to face interview I was then given a phycometric test to do. Which i hate. In my view they dont give an accurate view of anyones personality or how theh will work in the workplace. They are overuaed in my view. Anyway i was asked by my agency to bool a half day pff because mira wanted to see me so i had booked the half day off then they said they had the results of the calliper test and i didnt do well at it. Then half a days waste holiday!
