I had an initial screening interview. 2 1/2 weeks later I had a video interview with the hiring manager. The quality of the call was embarrassingly bad with latency issues. I was informed 20 days later that I did not get the job. The whole process was 5 weeks.

Luckily I wasn't asked any of the stereotypical questions. It was more like "tell me about yourself and your experience".
