Interviewed with an executive. The executive asked a series of high level questions. In response to one question, I explained a project on my resume for a major telecom company. The executive replied to all explanations of my past projects with apparent incredulity. At one point, the executive asks, "What did YOU work on?" I respond by saying that I worked on the project that I described, and then asked if there were any follow up questions. The executive did nothing but restate her original questions. This was one of the strangest interviews I've ever had. I'm not sure why, despite my lengthy and detailed explanations, the executive was asking the same questions repeatedly and implying, for example, that I've never built or tested an API or set up a Kafka consumer. Do not interview here.

Very helpful recruiter and very upfront about the entire process. Transparent regarding pay structure and team structure. Gave advice on each step of the interview process - felt like they were trying to help us succeed from the beginning.
