I received an invite for a zoom interview, which I had with a couple of people from the department. One interviewer was very kind and seemed to like me. Their questions, the first part went fine. The second interviewer clearly did not like me from the beginning of the call. I hesitate to call it discrimination, but I've never had an interviewer dislike me outright. They clearly did not think I was qualified for the role (or some reason) and did not hide it well. It felt racially motivated.
