"Unprofessional Interview Process - A Total Waste of Time" I had a very disappointing experience interviewing for the Node.js Developer role at Kriyadocs. While the initial interaction with the HR team was pleasant, everything went downhill after the final round of interviews. I was told I had cleared all rounds and would receive the result the next day. However, despite repeated follow-ups through LinkedIn, I was left in the dark for weeks. Eventually, I was informed that I was being put on hold, which was frustrating since the same thing happened to the other two candidates I checked with. It begs the question: if there is no vacancy, why conduct interviews and waste our time? In the meantime, they suggested If I’m okay to apply for a Business Analyst role, and I agreed. I was asked to complete a project review and give improvement suggestions for WhatsApp. I spent an entire day working on a detailed PowerPoint and even created a Figma prototype to showcase my ideas. Despite this effort, I received no feedback or updates. This experience was highly unprofessional, and it left me feeling like my time was completely wasted. I would advise anyone considering this company to be cautious—there are much better opportunities out there that respect your time and effort.
