I applied for the position online and got a call a few days later. The phone call was in the evening and I was asked why I wanted to work for Kroger's and what qualities I would bring to the company. During the phone call a date for an in person interview was set. The interview was comfortable and casual. After the interview I was called and offered the position a few days later.
