3 interviews. Phone call screen (interview #1). Meeting at Corp office (interview #2). Meeting at the DO (interview #3).
I was please that everyone I dealt with was very professional and friendly. Every single person was down to earth and took the ease off of a nerve-wrecking situation. I was told some of there professional backgrounds as well. It's always nice to hear something about the interviewer.

Situational questions...(not as scary as some other places I have interviewed, in fact, Krogers questions were not scary at all.
Something similar to..."Give and example when a project went downhill that you were in charge of, but had delegated the task to someone else. How would did you take accountability for your actions and what did you do to correct the situation?"

It certainly wasn't like any other "professional" interview that I've experienced. Asked mediocre questions, half of which did not pertain to the job description. It seemed as if the interview was decided before they appeared on screen. I do get a sense from the interview, it’s a job that promises a lot, but delivers if you have a solid store. If you don’t…

It was quick, nice gentleman. Sadly they waist interviewers time that are applying from outside of Kroger. They say in 2weeks we will let you know. Took a month for them to reach back
It was a quick and smooth interview that went fairly well with questions that were easy. The interviewer was friendly and very nice. I had no problem just being myself.
This answer doesn't make sense as I'm only here to utilize the website. Lol
