Basically, I applied online and a few days later I received a phone call for the interview. At the interview, I was asked the typical interview questions, along with being subjected to a mouth swab drug test (which I was totally okay with, considering a staple in the job role is driving/operating a pallet jack.

Not much involved, walked you through facility and asked if I was still interested in position. There was an initial phone call asking if I was still interested as well and what day I could be at facility for orientation.
