Applied online. After two weeks, decided to call to see if they were still hiring/check in on my application. Talked with a manager who then set up a time for an interview. Interview was simple and laid back, and the hiring manager was very sweet and friendly. Would ask me questions about myself between asking standard questions prepared for candidates. Interview went well, and after talking with hiring manager, I talked with HR manager, who just gave a basic run down of the manner in which I would be expected to behave as an associate. Afterwards, I took a drug test (saliva), and was told I would be called back when results came in. A week later, the hiring manager called and a date for orientation was set up. Overall new hire process took about a month, from the day I was hired until all training was complete. Simple process!
