Very short interview with 3 other people. Didn't ask any difficult questions m, it was very easy. The interview started with everyone introducing themselves. Then we were required to sell an item to the HR manager. Finally we took our saliva test then we were offered the jobs.

Simple in person interview with the store manager or ARM, ask briefly about past experiences in customer service. Basically given the job immediately, if you can get to work on time you can work at Kroger.
