Met with recruiter at college career fair, set up an interview with Kubica the next day. Before the interview I tried to do research on the company however they do not have an online presence at all. They don't even have a functioning website. Interview process consists of 2 rounds. Company prefers in-person interviews which required me to drive 2+ hours to their office. Company requires you to submit your college transcript. Be prepared to get grilled on why you did not do good in a certain class. Interviewer came of as a egotistical know it all. He gave off the vibe that he wants to hire someone with vast knowledge and experience but will only pay them entry level salaries. Overall I would recommend looking elsewhere for a job especially if you are a recent college graduate this company is a dead end!
