I was called and had my first interview with the Business Manager. The interview was about 30 minutes. The questions were the normal type and I didnt feel like I was trying to be tricked into answers as I have experienced with other companies. A week later, I had an interview with one of the senior attorneys. The interview went the same as the first. I really enjoyed the conversations and for me it was a normal, flowing and enjoyable conversation. Unfortunately, my hiring process began the few weeks before Christmas so there was a few weeks in between my second interview and third. My third and fourth interviews were with the two Senior Paralegals. The interviews went the same as the first two. All 4 were very kind and warm during the interviews. They seemed genuinely interested that the they were a fit for me as much as I was a fit for them. Even though my interview process was longer than normal because of the holidays I left every interview being more excited about the job.
