I was introduced to Kyra through a recruiter. The process was really thorough, but in a good way - the team was really open about challenges the company had in the past and what they are hoping to achieve for their team going forward. The process was fully remote, but I got to speak to multiple people in the business and a consultant they were working with at the time as well.
