There were two part of the recruiting process: 1. Technical Interview : In this section, questions related to programming knowledge such as oop concepts, database concepts etc have been asked. 2. Final board Interview : This is basically based on candidate's leadership and communication skills.

Firstly, sit for a technical interview. After passing that step, I had to sit for another with the management, which was literally to test the cultural behavior of the candidate.
