I sent my resume to their website and got a phone call back a day or two later asking me to go in to the store for an in person interview. We talked on the phone about my resume for a few minutes, just about my experience basically. At the in store interview the manager asked me about my education and job experience, and for three references. She told me about the founder of the store, their philosophy, the hours I would work, etc. She asked if I planned to go back to school and if I would continue working there if I did. It was a little weird, because she made it seem like I had the job and then never got back to me. But she was really friendly and the pay was great for a first job or part time job while you're in school. Seems like a good place to work.

Was called in for an interview after dropping off my resume. Went in the following day for the interview, which was about 30 minutes. It was a low-key interview and I was asked first what I knew about the company and why I wanted to work there. I was then asked what I saw as future trends, what my favorite pieces/looks were currently...and what my personal style is/means. I was asked what I could bring to the company...in addition to my best and worst qualities.
