The initial rounds starts with a Psychology assessment test. This is the first level to be cleared to get into the another level i.e. INTERVIEWS. Post the clearing of the level 1 test, the initial interview starts with my introduction which can be as descriptive as possible. Asked about the previous experiences, what i liked about the job & what not. What was the reason to leave the previous job. The answers to above questions actually were getting them more questions to ask. This whole conversation got along nearly to 20 minutes. After this interview the list comes out for the next round of interview. Mind you these are elimination rounds or select the ones who understood their previous jobs, responsibilities & reasons for leaving it. Here comes the 2nd round of Interview by GM-HR. 1st question: {Can you sell "an Ordinary drinking glass" in comparison to "Yera branded drinking glasses" & how, strategies and what marketing strategies i can imply on this sales?} Mind it, I really had to knock a realistic explanation to this question. I answered this question by taking up a marketing budget, its ROI calculation & how i would campaign to make a good footfall at my Dealer retail outlet. Finally, after the explanation of his question, the last questions pops up, Why LG should consider me apart from other people in this Interview round. Again, you can't be just giving some LECTURE; but should give a strategic & realistic answer to prove you are Analytical enough to answer this question tooo. After this round getting over, the last round of Interview is with COO & HR Head Dr. Verma, who just asked my % in 10th, 12th and my Father's name. After these rounds, finally got selected & sailed through successfully. Really one of my nicest Interview. Memorable !!!
