Hiring and interview process took forever. I walked in and got a face to face interview with the sales manager. He would later become my boss. Seemed great, but looking back I realized that he had so much on his plate he couldn't do his job well. It took about a month or so, and multiple follow ups to get them to get an answer.

It's a pretty laid back interview process. I asked for more money than they typically paid new employees. They are desperate for higher quality people that know the body shop business, so they aren't to pushy if you are dressed well and articulate.
