A normal interview, with questions based on vehicles. Also about vehicle types. Body damage, questions on how to look for damages and of the part is still sellable. Then we walked the property to see how the whole business worked

It was quick and easy. Asked common question about knowledge in this field and how you work as a team and describe a time you had to use your integrity at a job. They showed you around the shop. Afterwards very honest and said they have a few more people and would get back to me in a few days.
