Casual interview process. First met with the actual team you would be working with (about 4 people for me) after that you meet with upper management (2 people). At the very end there will be an HR representative walk you through potential pay, benefits, etc.
Hiring screen with HR Phone interview with Hiring manager Interview with team. Definitely a normal process. Each stage of the interview process was carried out a week in between. So within a month, you would know whether or not you got the job.
