I did a Phone Interview with the VP. I then came in and interviewed with 2 team leads. That went well so I was asked back to interview with the Architect. On the day I arrived for the interview the power was out at the building so the Architect wasn't there. The new CTO was though so I interviewed with him for an hour. I came back the next day and met with the Architect. All in all they seemed like a pretty nice company to work with the people in the interview process seemed like they would be great to work with.
